Purpose of the course
The purpose of the course is to provide the participants with a wide-ranging appreciation of the tools available in water and environment management as well as the value, limitation and use of these tools in practice. The course will thus provide a background to Integrated Environmental Management to the systems of integrating different disciplines. The course includes time for individual mini-projects, which will enable the participants to have a means of a further "in-depth" understanding of their chosen specialization.
