A range of add-on modules allow you to increase your collection system modelling capabilities beyond the basic MIKE URBAN MM capabilities:
MIKE URBAN CS Pipeflow
The Pipeflow module includes DHI's advanced, proprietary 1D engine, which is the accepted de facto standard for sewer and drainage system modelling in countries on all continents. The 1D engine simulates unsteady flow in pipe and channel networks. It has a wide range of network components and flow processes such as:
- Standard and flexible cross-sections , circular manholes, detention basins, overflow weirs, orifices, pumps, flow regulators, storm water inlets, etc
- CS-Pipeflow simulates subcritical as well as supercritical flow conditions in partially full, full and pressurised pipes .
- CS-Pipeflow includes a long term simulation tool for continuous simulations of long time series and a unique automatic pipe design tool, which finds optimal pipe dimensions based on dynamic simulations.
MIKE URBAN CS Control
The Control module features advanced real-time control capabilities of weir crest levels, gate openings, pump discharges, etc. It permits description of the controllable devices and makes the definition of complex operational logic for interdependent regulators fully transparent and easy.
MIKE URBAN CS Rainfall-Runoff
Includes a range of methods for description of the urban hydrology:
- Simple Time-Area description (TA)
- Kinematic wave
- Linear reservoir
- Unit Hydrograph Method (UHM)
- Rainfall Dependent Infiltration (RDI)
MIKE URBAN CS Pollution Transport
The Pollution Transport module includes pollution transport and dispersion including sediment transport. It also includes storm water quality modelling features for modelling transport of pollutants and sediment from the surface water to the drainage system.
MIKE URBAN CS Biological Processes
Includes simulation of chemical and biological processes in sanitary systems and combined systems.
